    Every child should know his rights, duties, so that they can operate with ease in the situation that is necessary for him. The question is especially acute in the system of school legal education in Russia. Little assistance from the state - it is considered that the subject of Human Rights does not belong to the compulsory for the teaching in the school program. Russian children, according to official statistics of recent years, are in a difficult situation. Every year, about 2 million children under the age of 14 years are subjected to domestic violence.
