Breezolis - a dish that captivates with simplicity, elegant presentation and great taste. If there is stuffing in the refrigerator, then an appetizing dinner for the family, even if you are from work and tired, you can cook without tension and in just 20 minutes.
If you make veal or chicken meat, you get pretty dietary. As a side dish we recommend to take cauliflower, young boiled potatoes, broccoli, buckwheat.
To make breezol on 4 portions, you need the ingredients:
- 0,5 kg ground beef;
- 4 chicken eggs;
- 1 young onion (bulb);
- 50 ml of vegetable oil;
- seasonings and spices to your liking.
1. Mince cool in advance, knead it with a fork. Chop the peeled onion as finely as possible. Add to the meat along with your favorite seasonings and spices, salt to taste.
2. We take a flat plate and pour an egg into it, we salt a little and it, we whip it with a knife.
3. From the stuffing form the same size and thickness of pancakes. Four pieces.
4. We put the pan with butter on the fire. While heated, gently put the first pancake in a plate with an egg. Immerse so that the egg consistency covered it.
5. Then carefully tilt the plate over the pan and pour it into the heated oil. Fry the brisol from the bottom until rosy, then turn it over with a spatula and cook on the other side, also until golden. On the one hand, you will have a completely egg layer, and on the other - a meat layer.
6. We turn the still warm brisol into a straw - put it on a portion plate. In the same way we do the remaining breezolis.
7. Served with a side dish, as well as with the sauce - from sour cream, mustard, tomatoes or other ingredients that your homemade love.
