Cooking in the sleeve: potatoes with meat - easier than ever!

In the culinary sleeve for baking (another name "heat hose"), any hostess will be able to cook various goodies.

The advantages of the sleeve are obvious: you need less oil, more vitamins remain in the products, the baking sheet after baking remains clean.

Habitual potatoes with meat, stewed in the sleeve, will give a rich taste, perfectly soaked in flavors of spices. It does not burn, for a family dinner, you will prepare such a dish very quickly.

Ingredients required for 4 servings:

  • potato - 900 gr;
  • grower. Oil - 4 Art. lodges;
  • garlic - 4 zubika;
  • pork - 500 gr;
  • curry ground and black pepper - on a pinch of 2;
  • salt, dried herbs - by preference.

How to bake the meat in the sleeve

1. Peel potatoes and cut in medium slices. Pour them into a bowl.

2. Cut pork with a knife, also into pieces - a little smaller than potatoes. Optionally, you can take other meat (lamb or veal), as well as turkey fillet or chicken.

3. Separately, in a scoop, mix the oil with spices, dried herbs and seasonings. Spoon well with a fork and ship to a bowl of potatoes.

4. We put the meat there and turn the food several times right by hand. Season to your taste with salt.

5. We take the sleeve for baking, we shift the potatoes with meat in marinade. Fix the ends of the sleeves with a clip or fasten tightly.

6. By that time, we already need to heat up the oven. Up to 200 degrees. Put the sleeve on the baking sheet and prepare a tasty roast 40-50 minutes.

7. Before serving, we cut the heat hose, but we don’t get the dish, but let it soak for a few minutes in the cooling oven. Enjoy your meal!
